• Scan websites at a rate that constitutes abuse or denial-of-service to those sites.

• Use scan results to exploit vulnerabilities in third-party websites.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Circumvent any rate limiting or access controls we implement.
• Resell or commercialize the scan results without our written permission.

3. Accuracy of Results

Detect WP Plugin analyzes publicly available data and uses AI-assisted enrichment. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all detection results are complete or correct. Results are provided "as-is" for informational purposes only.

• Theme and plugin detection depends on publicly visible HTML and CSS.
• Backend-only plugins cannot be detected.
• Obfuscated or highly customized setups may reduce detection accuracy.
• AI-generated descriptions are approximate and may contain inaccuracies.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Detect WP Plugin and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Theme and plugin data sourced from WordPress.org is subject to WordPress.org's terms. ThemeForest data is subject to Envato's terms.

5. Third-Party Websites

When you submit a URL, our Service accesses that third-party website on your behalf. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of service of those websites. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan any website you submit.

6. Rate Limiting

We reserve the right to implement rate limiting to ensure fair use for all users. Automated or bulk scanning without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Detect WP Plugin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms
